For an investor who regularly spends several months a year in Thailand, apply for the Elite visa which allows you to stay in Thailand up to 20 years and with multiple entries. Thus, the so-called Privilege Entry Visa PE can give its holder a visa for 5 to 20 years in Thailand. All Elite members can apply for an Elite visa for Thailand. The Privilege Entry Visa PE is valid for five years and allows the member to stay in the country for 12 months per entry. The visa can be extended beyond 12 months by going to the immigration office to obtain an extension of stay. If you wish to obtain this visa, Themis Partner can help and assist you with your application by putting you in touch with a Privilege Entry Visa PE expert who will process your application efficiently and in a timely manner.
The Elite visa is part of a government program. By becoming a member of the Thailand Elite program, anyone can obtain a long-term visa of 5 years renewable up to 3 times (20 years) depending on the type of visa membership. You can stay in Thailand for the duration of your visa without having to leave the country. This multiple entry visa allows you to travel as you wish. The Privilege Entry Visa PE is therefore a good solution to stay in Thailand for a long period of time. However, it does not allow you to carry out an economic activity in Thailand.
